Dear IAPA Members,
It is my proud privilege to extend my greetings to you. The International Association on Physicians in Audiology (IAPA) that began life in 1980 as the Association of Physicians working in the field of Audio-Vestibular Medicine, has entered a new and vital phase of its development. I am honored to be its President and will do my utmost to succeed and fulfill its spirit and mission.
Through the dedicated commitment of our colleagues of the IAPA, our mission remains “to spread knowledge of best clinical practice, research, ethics and education in the field of audio-vestibular medicine and to promote international co-operation between Audio-vestibular Medicine and related specialties.”
As the IAPA President, I should emphasize that I enthusiastically look forward to meeting and interacting with you in every occasion of IAPA organized meetings or programs. I wish to thank all the members of the association for your direct and indirect contribution in the growth of the IAPA. Ultimately, your contributions, suggestions, and feedbacks are of utmost importance for further advancement of the IAPA to further higher-levels.
I would hope that each of you, will embrace the IAPA mission and become involved in our association. Protect its core values; support its programs; participate in initiatives that are important to you and to your patients. Only by becoming so engaged will you realize the full value of your membership.
Lastly, please mark your agenda for the 20th IAPA International Conference, which will be held in Beijing, China in September 22nd-25th,2022. Hope to see you in Beijing China!
